This is something that I look forward to in a business school. This institute would give me an opportunity to transform myself and unleash my potential. I would benefit tremendously from being here. I would also contribute to institute in all ways that I can. Peer learning is a very important component of learning here.

The college’s mission of nurturing intellectual capital by leveraging on research, teaching, consultancy, and collaborations is what inspires me the most. The college’s focus on non-classroom education and learner-centric pedagogy through programs like Diksha and Continuum, is yet another promising aspect.
The curriculum here designed in sync to industry needs, supported by practical learning. SOM is known for providing value based education, coupled with exceptional faculty and alumni network and student diversity. I will get a chance to compete and learn with the country’s sharpest minds. This will surely help me excel in future by providing me a holistic view of the corporate industry and help me to equip with new skills through a new perspective to understand and apply concepts in live corporate scenarios.

I would like to work for Aditya Birla Capital Limited. It is one of the largest financial services conglomerate in India and operates across a wide range of universal financial services functions. Thus, it offers diverse businesses to explore during one’s tenure. Down the line, I see myself as a leader in the Finance industry so that I can be in a position to contribute to the growth of the industry as well as the society in general. And this company will provide me a platform to realize my career goals.
