Retracing the steps back to the initial lessons of physics, which spoke about motion, they also spoke about how different the positions of motion and rest were. I remember my teacher concluding the class by saying that since the earth constantly moves around the sun, we are never at rest in reality. Philosophically, it can be concluded that the only constant thing in our lives is change. The unique thing about our IIM Udaipur campus is that it is constantly changing.
For any other person who might not belong to the staff, students or faculty of our campus might simply quote that the campus is still under construction, but as a part of the IIM Udaipur campus in Balicha, one can notice that we are constantly developing. Our campus signifies the life of each student here. A student without work experience, who has just stepped out of their under graduation course, comes here to prepare themselves to face the future challenges, to plan their next step or rather to work upon their next step, they are preparing themselves to face a new environment that is the corporate environment. On the other hand, a student with work experience comes here to enrich his knowledge, to learn more, to set themselves for a better future, to understand things in a better and systematic manner. But for both the category of the students the work goes on constantly brick by brick, floor by floor, and then later comes an entire building, fully furnished ready to face the challenges, like any building in our campus. We the students are the ones building our buildings with the help of our faculty. Another thing that also sets the campus apart is the mountainous land that it is built on. For us, we enter the academic building on its ground floor, but in reality, we enter our academic block building on the sixth floor. Again like our lives, the building is filled with ups and downs and our low points might not pull us down, but in reality, might encourage us, and it is upon to realize those points and work on it.
Looking around at our campus, there are many things that are metaphorical in our life, and the best part about it is the eagerness with which we as students are waiting to see the outcome of the campus and our lives.

Being a person who has a subtle artistic side, behind all the academics, I am very much interested in Pantaloons. Everybody knows that Pantaloons creates the apparel line for people’s daily lives, it fascinates me as I do not view clothes as just pieces of long cloths sewn together, but I view it as a piece of art in which we live our lives. As the famous phrase goes that “Clothes maketh a man”, it is clear that clothes now not only work as a form of protection and a cover, but it also works now as our representation.
