What made me wonder when I saw the campus for the first time was how beautifully the campus has been carved out of the hills. Everything is so spacious and extraordinary that it was like a dream come true for me when I explored the campus. The second most beautiful thing is the monsoon here. Being from the northern region, I found it very relaxing here. The weather and the surroundings play a major role in your performance. And this beautiful weather here surely would help me to level up my level of dedication and creativity. The view that we get from our rooms, the cold and soft winds, the rain, the sunrise, the sunset, the mountains and everything else seems to be just perfect. Even when I am loaded with a lot of work, it doesn’t seem to be tiring at all. May be due to the people I have met here, or may be due to the location of the campus, work pressure doesn’t seem to tire me. The hostel rooms are all well-constructed. A major part of the campus is still under construction, but I am pretty sure that it would be one of the best management college campuses in India.
The auditorium is also well-constructed. There is an open-air auditorium as well which would soon be in use once it is completed. The campus has a 24hr canteen and a general store. The campus has good security arrangements. The house-keeping staff, the security guards, all are very helpful and well spoken. We can roam around anywhere in the campus at any time. The classrooms are always open so that if anyone wants to study there, he/she can. The campus also has rented bicycles, which can be used anytime by anyone at minimal cost. The gym, the table-tennis room, the television room etc. are a good place to increase your network. You can go there and play or meet others who have the same interests. The shuttle services are easily available from the campus to the city Udaipur.
Over everything, I would again emphasize on the fact that IIM Udaipur has a great location benefit. Even the foreign students don’t face much problem in becoming used to the environment. We all enjoy a lot here. We work, we communicate, we party, we gossip, we make new friends every day. I am looking forward to appending the two best years of my life here in IIM Udaipur.

I would like to join one of its Banking and Financial sector companies, The Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited. I am interested in joining the finance sector after the completion of my MBA course here. Along with this, I am impressed with the ways of creativity that this company has been using. It has taken many transformational steps to bring a change in the way we use online banking. It has also made the process of opening account so simple that one can get it done in just 3 minutes. So Iwould be glad if I can be a part of such an innovative company in the finance sector.
