How many companies can confidently claim that their product is country's favourite in its category? Burger King set out to prove a point through their campaign in the US. One fine day, when Americans hopped to Burger King for their favourite Whopper, they were told that the Whopper has been discontinued...... forever. This generated different emotional reactions from the customers and most of them were devastated. This campaign was launched to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Whopper and helped Burger King proved that Whopper was America's favourite burger. The campaign won several awards and went viral due to word of mouth.

The company was ignorant of the fact that in Arab, text and images are read from right to left and hence the message they sent to people was that their detergent makes a clean t-shirt dirty.
