Who we are now is not who we were last year, last week or last minute. Life never stands still no matter what you do. Change is the very nature of our existence. The very essence of our thoughts, our emotions, our feelings, our relationships is dynamic. But, as much as change is inevitable, it is not always welcome. It can create conflicts. It can have repercussions. But these utter moments of hopelessness is what gives us a platform to grow into something better.

It was an uneventful weekend evening. It was raining cats and dogs outside and the new entrants to the city of Mumbai could chart no plans for an outing. The high was just settling down and I was finding my groove.
People think that the role of an HR professional seems like the easiest one in the office. They only draft emails, hire people, organize picnics, and that's about it. If you're one of those, you need to watch this video. Let's bust some HR stereotypes with HRM students from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Post my Graduation, I was muddled as to what domain to pursue my Masters in Business Administration. I decided to take counselling for which field to pursue as a career choice. I explored more than 10 to 12 Institutes offering entrance coaching for various competitive exams. I desired to pursue a domain which would be out of the ordinary, but in my knowledge there were none. I received counselling for Marketing, Finance, etc. After a continuous search, I came across the Urban Management program of Xavier Center for Urban Management and Governance (XUMG), XUB. I found the student activities and the curriculum quite fascinating and thus decided to take up the course.
