Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life? -An Idea can change your life
Aditya Birla provides services & products in wide range of variety and have established its legacy on all domains. Their products like Peter England, Idea have been part of my life knowingly and without my knowledge I have been in the buildings which were made by their cements and using the equipment made up of carbon and copper they produce. I like to share an incident how they have helped me significantly. My previous service provider of the mobile number that I had, has shut down due to various reasons. I had linked my phone number to various services including banks and Aadhar card. I needed the mobile number to be functional in a short time, but It was not happening. The backend operations of the company has been shut down so, various service provider were suggesting to change the number but I was not willing to change because I have to implement the changes in all the services that the number was linked to and since It was my first mobile number, I had a sentimental value towards it. ‘IDEA’ came to rescue in that time because it was the only operator which was providing the facility to port my number to their network. The process was also simple which provided me a sigh of relief. Idea really changed my life in this aspect, and I am still continuing with network service of the Idea due to customer loyalty and as well as for the excellent service that they are providing. That’s why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life.
