It's makes us proud when we see an Indian company have presence all over the world and especially in India Aditya Birla Group actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate . I have been from the village and i have seen and feel how the Ultra Tech cement industry had played a key role in development and transformed the kutcha house to pukka house. so i can say it is the part of family and build a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of society. It grewed enormously and making the huge impact in various sector, group has interests in viscose staple fibre, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbonblack, chemicals, fertilizers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services. It has mark their way in fashion by delivering high quality customer experience through various brands such as Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England and reached to People via their individual brand stores and through other multi brand outlets. India’s first billion-dollar fashion powerhouse which sells 2 garments every second. Largest problem in India is unemployment and it also generated the employment opportunities and currently it have extraordinary force of over 120,000 employees belonging to 42 nationalities. Aditya Birla Group is going big with its innovative and sustainable approach. It is carrying this legacy forward by taking concrete steps to co-create value for business and the society through its innovation.

I was a very studious guy till my twelfth standard. But life changed after getting into engineering. I lost track of academics, but i did find a different me, exploring new things, habits. In the process of finding a new me, i lost a part of my old me. I was in a impression, whats the point of being studious, it pushes us to be in the “rat race”. Well i ended up with no knowledge of engineering. I passed out with low GPA,but that never mattered to me. Then comes the time, the unemployment period, was lying idle at home for 6 months, not knowing what to do. I wanted to do something badly , i started working in a BPO. Then i quit BPO cause i realised i was not going anywhere. Then did a sales job for a couple of months. Job did not suit and i resigned. Back to the same point of uncertainty. Then gave cat and got into IMT Ghaziabad.

Being born and brought up in the metropolitan city of Mumbai, various aspects of my life, till date, remain dependent on ABG including my Vodafone-Idea cellular connection, my favourite shopping store Pantaloons, one-stop fashion brand Forever 21 and many more. As said by Kumar Mangalam Birla, ” The golden rule I can think of is the fact that you must follow your passion and do something that's close to your heart” these words are rightly reflected in the actions of the group.
