Recently I felt the connection I and several other Indians have with Aditya Birla group, the "Big In Your Life", right since 1857, the year of its foundation by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla at Pilani, Rajasthan.

What is it that a woman desires? To be noticed not just for her looks but also for how enlightened she is. Like any other woman in the world, I wish for nothing besides being taken seriously. This however does not come as easily as it does to men, who can command respect with their strong husky voices. If this were something a woman were to do, she might as well be tagged as inelegant. To succeed in this male dominated world, it becomes necessary to grab your own throne and that’s impossible without dressing up like a queen.
