“Aditya Birla” is that brand which is a part of our history and has been a part of it for a very long time. Since its inception in the year 1857, in a small village in Pilani, Rajasthan by the founder Mr. Seth Shiv Narayan Birla to being one of the companies in the big league of the Fortune 500, has been a feat in itself. From being a small rayon weaving unit in Gwalior, MP namely Grasim in 1947 to bringing all the world class premium brands in apparels is just a feather in the cap for Aditya Birla Group. It has been a giant in every domain it has its presence, be it in the non-ferrous metal or fashion, be it in the cement section or telecom services, and also in the financial services sector. I would like to share my experience as well with the brand and how it impacted my life. Since, I belong to a middle class family so for us the go to shopping space is “Pantaloons” for daily wear clothes and also for special occasions as well. So, me being a frequent a shopper at the store I am very satisfied with the clothing line and also the quality of the product. Secondly, I would like to talk about the Global brands it has brought into the Indian economy like Van Heusen and Allan Solly #ABGLPWooMe. Me being a part of one of the prestigious business schools of the country, we are required to be in the formal wear for our classes and also for any formal event of the college. So, Aditya Birla has provided us with the amazing quality of formal wear at a competitive price and great quality. Which gives the product longevity and also showcases premium quality of the product. I would like to add one thing over here as well, since I have done a live project with Ambuja Cement, I could see that Ambuja Cement is the second best nationally and Ultratech Cement is currently holding the first position and because of its premium quality and the services its providing to the consumers as well as the dealers that they are also promoting its products. So, Aditya Birla is a major player in all the domains it is associated with be it in the financial sector as well, as its mutual funds are amongst the top performers and the health insurance policies are a one-step solution to its customers.
