How Aditya Birla has an impact on my life? | Vijaya M - NMIMS Bengaluru
An ambitious girl from a small district in Tamil Nadu who has struggled to pursue her higher studies (MBA) where she was not exposed to any formal dresses, probably this is her first experience in buying formal wear. There were huge specifications on the formal dress to be worn on the day of the interview for MBA selection. She started looking at the brands which can provide the best fit and provide confidence for her. After spending humongous time on searching, she barged into the lifestyle stores in one of the malls at Chennai. She was trying various brands but was unsatisfied with the fit and colours provided by the brands. Then comes the last section of the store with various formal dresses and she was firstly impressed by the excellent design of blazer and this quote of “The first impression is the best one” fits perfectly for VAN HEUSEN. As the tagline mentioned it is actually a “Power dressing” which has boosted her confidence. The whole set of formal wear including shoes were bought in VAN HEUSEN. This brand has set a benchmark of quality, admiring designs and the more importantly perfect right fit. On the D-day of my interview, I was so proud and happy being dressed like a business woman. I was wondering who owns the brand and here comes our own Indian company “Aditya Birla” and I was overwhelmed that my purchase added value to me as well as my Nation. My love for the brand will never fade despite any situation and circumstances. Kudos to ABG group who can provide extreme quality at an affordable price which builds confidence among many people like me around the world. ABG always plays a major role on every important day of my life.

I come from a family where Aditya Birla Group plays a major role. My father works from the last 25 years at Jayshree Insulators, a Aditya Birla group company. Since childhood i have heard a lot of about The Birla Group. The legacy started with Seth Shiv Narayan Birla and is currently run by Kumar Mangalam Birla.
