She is someone who gave up the coveted Business Management course seat for Human Resouce Management because she was passionate about labour laws. Sana is someone who knows what's right for her and is not afraid to work towards it. This quality of her found her a place amongst India's Best-50 Most Employable MBA Graduates! I Realized I Was Not Alone, When I Joined Tata Steel, Ft. Amartya Samanta, Tata Steel

Amartya realized early in his life that something about him was different from his other friends. He went on hiding his emotions and sexuality for years, till he got posted as an engineer at Tata Steel in Jamshedpur. He started meeting gay men thanks to a dating app in Jamshedpur and that is when he came to know more about his sexuality. His idea about the LGBTQ community got further shaped up through various interactions within the Tata Steel Group, which gave him courage to finally come out of the metaphorical closet.
