TISS ODCL Final Placements Class Of 2022 - Highest CTC At INR 42.9 LPA

TISS ODCL (Organisation Development Change & Leadership) has successfully completed the final placement season of 2020-22. This year, the TISS ODCL program has seen an increase in average pay by a whopping 40%. The highest CTC offered stood at INR 42.09 LPA. 65% of the batch were offered Change Management and Consulting positions in organisations like Accenture Strategy, PwC, Deloitte and LTI. Others were offered roles like Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Human Resource Strategy Consultant, Learning & Development Partner and OD roles in top organisations such as Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Shell, Pidilite and Amazon. SCMHRD Summer Placements 2021 - Highest Stipend At INR 3.2 Lacs

SCMHRD has successfully completed its Summer Internship Recruitment Programme for 2021. There were more than 70 recruiters who came on campus to offer roles for the MBA Core batch. Some prominent recruiters were Flipkart, ITC, Accenture, Godrej, Tata Consumer Products, Hindustan Unilever, etc. This year, the average stipend of the MBA Core batch stood at 1.9 L. The highest stipend offered to any student was 3.20 L. The top 10% of the batch was offered an average stipend of 3.02 L. The top 25% of the batch received an average stipend of 2.52 L.
