We asked Dr. Monica Khanna, Director and Marketing Professor at K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and Dean – Faculty of Management Studies at the Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai who gave us a perspective on the management education offered at the institute and the prospects of students who decide to join the business school. IIM Shillong admission policy 2021 has now been released by the institute. The admission to PGP 2022-24 batch will be in two phases. In Phase 1, candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). In Phase 2, based on the GD, PI, CAT & Academic performance, the final merit list will be prepared for the offer of admission to the PGP 2022-24 batch. The process in each of these phases is described in the following sections.
BITSoM has successfully completed the summer placement process for its founding batch of 2023. The first batch saw a 100% placement, with offers coming in from the leading companies of the country. A total of 50 companies participated in the process, including top brands like Bain & Co, Kearney, Hindustan Unilever, Tata Consumer, Aditya Birla Group, Tata Capital, ICICI Bank amongst others.
