In The End, What Matters Is Nature! - Nishchal Kulshrestha, TAPMI
Most people in this world strive for success. And they measure their success by the house they have or the car they have bought or the standard of living they have. For some, success is the huge amount of money they earn and for others, it is the targets or goals achieved by them at their workplace. Sometimes people spend their entire life in search of success and those who have it, spend their life in figuring out how not to lose it. Success really matters to them a lot. Others things what matters to people the most are their values, their nationality and their relations with others. They just want to hold on to their values or relations until the end of their life.

Never Look Back! - Nishtha Bhatnagar, TAPMI
In my graduation I decided to step out of my comfort zone and thus joined dramatics club in my college. A chance to be part of stage play gave me the chance to explore another side of my personality. There I was exposed to an array of tasks that helped me to get rid of my stage fear. I took up various characters that bought out the skills in me that even I was not aware of. It provided me a platform to interact with numerous people, to engage with an uninterested crowd, at prestigious platforms like National School of Drama. The whole experience taught me that if I fix my mind onto something and put enough hard work to it anything can be achieved

As someone who just starting on their MBA journey, the path ahead can seem pretty intimidating. All of the buzz about long hours, high pressure environment, coupled with uncertainty of grades and placements. However, this anxiety is also coupled with excitement about the upcoming college life and hopes for a better future. First upcoming challenge will be the club and chapter selections. Immediately after that will be the summer placements which will be the stepping stones of our professional careers as MBA grads.
Challenging Myself - Saurabh Kumar, TAPMI
Since my father served the Indian Navy, I have been exposed to different leaders in his organisation since my childhood. I gained adaptability and became very flexible in adjusting to different cultures. Participating in various adventure camps and sports activities helped me gain skills such as team spirit, leadership and discipline and the exposure I got improved my confidence.
Challenges In Life That I Overcame - B. Harisudan, TAPMI
I too belong to the more than 80% of student fraternity in my business school-the engineers. After a glorious and fun filled graduation, I immediately took up the role in the software side in a magnanimous IT firm of India. My initial plan was to work there, get good exposure to the corporate life and then join a good business school to do my post-graduation in the field of management. Well, as my work intensity and the responsibilities started increasing, the initial plan was starting to take a back seat. The constant night-shifts, providing support for the job post work-hours, works on the weekend etc., kept pushing the plan’s execution. Balancing the work, doing justice to that and preparing for the MBA entrance exams wasn’t my cup of tea. There were times, when I had to skip a mock test or leave a test halfway because work came up which required immediate attention. Two years with three attempts had gone in vain and my plan was lacking the motivation that one needs to have to execute it. I was entering the third year of my professional life; the workload and the responsibilities had doubled by then. It was a make or break for me as far as my dream to do an MBA. My entrance exam performances showed a downward trend. But I didn’t give in. I had enrolled myself for a web-based coaching and dedicated whatever time was available for my preparation. I had put my best foot, and after crossing multiple selections rounds, successfully landed in TAPMI. This taught me how to keep oneself focused under any circumstances and efficient prioritisation of available resources.
One Day At A Time - TAPMI
In the year 2017, I graduated from engineering college and was introduced to the professional world in July 2017. Having secured a job offer from campus-placement, I had no idea of hardships that people sustained to land a job in the corporate industry. My education had prepared me academically, but I lacked in the real-world application of the concepts.
