You will not need to go to the library to discuss group assignments every time. You can meet at ADDA, JAM and explore your ideas with the wind blowing by. The campus not only ensures academic excellence but also helps you to enhance your personality. If you are a sports enthusiast, then IIMI is just the right place for you. The campus has every sporting facility available for you. If the mantra of your life is ‘Stay fit, stay healthy’, the campus has two well-equipped gyms ready for you. Don’t have any plans for the weekend? It takes care of that too. Enjoy the movie with your friends on Sunday evening in the new auditorium. Student-run initiatives like the PIE Shop, XPRESSOMAT, Juices and More (JAM) – not only facilitate basic needs in here but provide practical exposure of running a business, as we believe in ‘learning by doing’ and that makes the campus even more special.
We are a culturally diverse campus and thus celebrate each and every festival like Ganesh Festival, Durga Pooja, Onam, etc. with a sense of togetherness. You will get to see bits and pieces of every part of Indian culture here in IIMI campus. The events like IRIS - biggest annual management cultural festival of central India, the i5 summit – the largest entrepreneurial summit of central India aimed to inspire entrepreneur within you, Utsaha – marketing research fest to understand consumer behavior, Utsaha – a marathon aimed to create public awareness about social cause take IIMI altogether to the next level.
Which ABG company would you want to work for and why?
Marketing has always fascinated me especially when it comes to fashion and apparel. Given an opportunity, I would like to be a part of the Fashion and Retail business of ABG. It’s enthralling the way brands like Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Pantaloons etc. have defined modern Indian lifestyle. Working in the environment of leadership group with strong values will be an excellent opportunity for me to learn, develop and apply my skillsets to the best extent. I don’t think a better place to work in Fashion and Retail other than ABG - a global conglomerate in the league of fortune 500 companies.
