I have a keen interest in the field of Business Management and desired to hold a leadership position in the corporate world. Doing an MBA from a tier-1 B-School would put my career on fast track and help me realize my dream. Deciding on an institute was not an easy task. After a lot of research, seeking guidance from a few seniors, alumni and a few sleepless nights I finally decided to start a new phase of my life with XIMB.
My reasons for joining XIMB are manyfold:

- SENIORS: XIMB has this unique legacy of providing a senior mentor to each new candidate so as to help him/her to cope up with the “RUKNA MANA HAI” schedule of the B-school
- CULTURE:- 18 days into the college and already done with 4 events. Do I really need to say more on why XIMB is considered to be one of the most culturally rich colleges of India?
- VALUES: XIMB has a committee called Social Responsibility Cell for organizing ethical activities like blood donation camps, contributing goods and services etc.
- SPORTS AND COCURRICULAR: I being a sports & fashion enthusiast always wanted to join a B-school which provided me ample opportunities for the same.
I am glad I took this decision. Looking forward to the 2-year long roller coaster ride. I hope it turns out to be the best ride ever.
Which ABG company would I like to work for and why?
I always wanted to work for a company in which I can put my faith into. I believe in “BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOU” and would love to work for a company which does the same. Being a fashion enthusiast, the ABG company I would love to work for is Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. The opportunity to work in the sales and marketing department of a fashion retail company which has customer centricity at its core is exciting. The personal connect I have with brands like Forever 21 and Louis Philippe further reinforce my decision.
