The MBA-BM program is the flagship program of this prestigious institute. The selection process was rigorous, meeting the cut offs, going through a challenging process of WAT, GD and PI before the final selection. It has given me a great sense of achievement to finally be a part of this top ranking institute. I wish to learn well and become an accomplished professional capable of working in topmost organizations. The MBA Program is designed to develop a holistic perspective about an organization and gain knowledge of various business functions and skills. The program aims to develop strong analytical skills, effective oral and written communication and teamwork among the students coupled with an awareness of social and ethical responsibility, thus grooming visionary, competent, committed, compassionate and value-based business leaders. If given an opportunity, I would like to work for Aditya Birla Capital Limited as it is a leading non-banking financial services company delivering a wide range of money solutions for retail and corporate customers. It serves millions of customers and has a strong presence across several sectors including life insurance, health insurance, private equity, wealth management etc. Working with such a prestigious company would give me an opportunity to understand all aspects of financial management and learn about money solutions for financing and investing. It would anchor my aspirations of becoming a financial manager in the future.
