How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
Whether it was the decision of leaving a high paying cushy job or a decision to take up a challenging assignment at work, whether it was a decision of directing a short film or learning a new instrument I always stretched myself beyond my comfort zone. I had my share of failures, but every time I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone, I learned something new and those learning made me what I am today.

Since childhood, I was fascinated by bright colours. I remember the first time I wore a beach t-shirt, bright blue t-shirt with yellow flowers on them, I was on top of the world. I always had a taste in fashion thereafter and wore clothes that catered to my sense of beauty. There in comes in Allen Solly, my go to brand for all sorts of clothing. With it's line up of bright and beautiful clothes it always fascinated me and I started to love their selections. My first ever pick was a bright blue shirt and a brown cheenos, when I looked into the mirror I was flabbergasted. After that it became a usual thing to go to their showroom and look for the latest additions in their latest collections (even if couldn't afford them). Allen Solly is just one of many brands under the fashion umbrella of ABG and all of them have their own statement. Louis Phillippe came in next, with their classy selection of formal clothing that became my first set of formal clothes when I started working. Louis Philippe has always maintained a sense of tradition in their formal clothing collections . My father always preferred that over the newer options available in the market today which cater to a completely different set of newer generation audience.LP is where tradition meets style.

Overcoming my challenges
Whenever I take up a task, I stretch too hard to achieve the targets. This sometimes takes a toll on my health as I do not compromise on the quality of the work. Because of this nature of mine I was unable to say no to anyone any new additions and landed myself and others into trouble. But I have been working on this and made significant improvements. I started making the list of works/tasks each day along with time that each task would take. I also kept timelines made for the different tasks I or my junior personnel working under me are undertaking, with detailed description on who is doing what and keeping it updated so that if there is any task addition, that gets added too in the list. It helped a lot in letting people know what I am currently working on and what is the feasibility of any additional task. I was appreciated for this initiative in the company I was working with which helped the team in better man power allocation and the practice was adopted by the entire team.
