How big is the Aditya Birla Group in my life, its brand outreach and the work they have done in India and abroad post-independence
The Aditya Birla Group founded in 1857 by late Seth Shiv Narayan Birla, is an Indian Multinational Conglomerate headquartered in Worli, Mumbai, with operations in almost 35 countries, employeeing and thereby securing around 1,20,000 employees worldwide. Over the years the group has emerged as one of the market leaders in significant number of business ventures viz. viscose staple fibre, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbonblack, chemicals, fertilisers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services. Talking about how Aditya Birla Group has an influence in my life or has influenced my life let me share some insights in the said regards.

As a B-School student, it’s imperative to ensure your attire is fit for the kind of role you think you deserve. Allen Solly has been my go-to brand when I want to make a lasting impression with the kind of formal outfits I choose for an interview. Aditya Birla Group plays a huge role here with brands like Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Pantaloons, Peter England and more. They say that first impression is the last impression, clothes play a major role in how you shape your first impression in front of a potential recruiter. ABG brands essentially make life easier for its customers and makes sure you leave a mark wherever you go, increasing your chances for a brighter future. ABG retail has changed the perception of fashion in India, but its telecom services invoke a feeling of nostalgia in my mind. Turning 18 lead to me getting my own sim, an Idea Cellular sim in Pune (Maharashtra). The brand makes you so loyal that even after leaving my hometown of Pune, Idea Cellular sim is one piece of my hometown that I carry even now. Aditya Birla group is a customer centric conglomerate which aims at increasing the living standards of the people of India and it is successfully proliferating further into this mission.
