" Do one thing every day that scares you" - Eleanor Roosevelt. As easy it seems, a hundred times more difficult it is to practice. I faced this situation when I decided to overcome my fear of heights. My friends decided to paraglide in Manali and forced me to come along with them. I agreed to accompany them, but I straight away rejected the idea of paragliding. When we reached the location, I saw a lot of people getting ready for the adventure, and I couldn't see myself being a part of it. But then started the process of convincing me. All of my friends began motivating me, encouraging me, and making me believe that I'll be missing out on a lot if I don't do it. After continuous attempts of convincing me with arguments like "You'll be alright like the rest of them," I finally gathered the courage to give it a shot. I decided to take the leap of faith. While wearing the protective gear I was thinking that maybe it is one of the worst decisions I had ever taken. After paragliding and landing on the ground, I believed that it is one of the best decisions I had taken so far. Those moments are memorable and have had a great impact on my life.

The first memory of every day starts with the penetration of the sun's ever punctual rays into the window of your room where you are signaled the dawn of another opportunity to make your mark. My journey with the sun also started very early in my childhood. I still vividly remember my first painting class in which I was asked to imitate a scenery presented on the black board. It was a lake surrounded by trees, with hills in the background and the sun rising magnificently. It was beautiful, mesmerizing, hope inducing, scenic, cheerful and merry, all at the same time. A new day always brings in new challenges and through them, a lot of learning (of course the sun too). This is the feeling, I'm sure, everybody associates with, when they see the shining sun that is the Aditya Birla group. It needs no introduction and any attempt I make to appreciate and thank the conglomerate is too little. Having said that, I would still like to describe the importance of Aditya Birla Group in my life with a small incident.

This demographic dividend that India contains in her can be used in various ways to boost the economy of the country. It can be used to create huge working class with various skills set, large market place etc. The key to success of this vision lies with the way country is going to channelize the young brigade. In the current scenario India is very well producing the youth but sadly not the skilled hands capable enough to survive in the competitive advancement of the world.
