The answer probably is a no, especially in the kind of dynamic and changing world we are living in currently. Santhosh Ravi is one such individual, who decided not to stop learning after his corporate career of over 10 years in the BFSI sector. From a fresher at Northern Trust Corporation to taking up different roles in marquee companies like Genpact and JP Morgan Chase & Co.,Santhosh made his career choices with a lot of plan. He later thought of switching to the product side of things and thus opted for a Duke Certification programme in collaboration with upGrad in program management. Santhosh currently is working as a scrum product owner at HSBC, learning every day to improve his skills.
