Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life
Conservative; Restrictive; Orthodox; these are some words that could be used to describe the familial background in which I was raised. Don’t get me wrong, my parents and my siblings did their best to uplift me to the most optimal position, providing me with facilities, resources and most of all support and love, few are fortunate enough to receive, but one thing there was a lack of, was intellectual stimulation and untethered access to information.
Unlike any other final year engineering student, I was confused on the future course in terms of building a successful career. I always had the idea of doing MBA from a reputed college such as NMIMS and so I enrolled myself for CAT coaching classes. I gave the entrance exam and got shortlisted for the CD/PI round at NMIMS. The coaching classes set some mock interviews before the actual one. My first mock interview went really bad, which made questioned myself at a deeper level. I could not sleep that night as the actual interview was just two weeks ahead.
It feels like just yesterday, I was a scrawny self-doubting teenager who still didn't know his aim in life. Fortunately, I grew up to become a confident young man, sure of himself and his ability to take the right decisions. Having worked for both the government and private sector of the Indian economic spectrum, and currently enrolled in a Full time MBA course, I have my eyes set on raising the bar for success.
In the world of uncertainties none can be sure of what tomorrow will bring to them. All the planning goes in vain when those dreadful uncertain moments strikes you. But this is life , riding with the flow , learning out of everything , facing challenges u never thought of , and finally coming out victorious on them.
