What programs does NITIE offer?
NITIE offers six courses having mixed mode of entries with an emphasis on technology integrated management namely PGDIM, PGDIE,PGDSM,VLFM, DGMP, and Fellow Programme. PGDIM is equivalent to the 2-year MBA programme while PGDIE provides engineering management and industrial engineering specialisation and PGDSM focuses on sustainability aspects on businesses.
Apart from the 2-year management programmes, NITIE has recently commenced the 1-year Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (VLFM) programme for the executive Leaders currently employed in the industry.

NITIE with its deep expertise in Operations and Supply Chain offers highly reputed global programs and has successfully completed six versions of the Global Online Certification Course on Supply Chain Digitization and Management, Business and Operations Analytics (2021 & 2022), End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation through Digitization, and Data-Driven Supply Chain Transformation in association with MIT’s Prof. David Simchi-Levi in 2021-2022.

What are placements like at NITIE?
NITIE offers opportunities in various roles through campus placements. Roles are offered in various domains like Consulting, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, IT/Analytics, Finance, Investment Banking, and Sales and Marketing.
This year P&G, Kellogg’s and other MNCs have opened their coveted sales profile as well. For the batch of 2023, many new recruiters, including Apple and TAS, have participated in the placement process.
NITIE continued the legacy of top placements with a 30% increase in the average salary and a 22% increase in the median salary for the 2020-22 batch.
The top 20% of the batch received an average salary of 39 lakhs, and the highest salary went up to almost 50 lakhs.
Regarding sector-wise placements, top companies from across industries hire from NITIE. In 2022, 35% of all offers came from the Consulting domain, 13% from E-commerce, 10% from FMCG, and 16% from manufacturing.
But that’s not all. NITIE’s recruitment figures for summer placements of batch of 2024 also rival those of India’s other leading business schools. Over 132 recruiters participated in the process, opening diversified roles which contributed to a rise of 25% in the average and median stipend.
