I remember when I was around 19 years old, an engineering student who was preparing for his internship interviews. Many renowned companies were about to visit campus with some exciting profiles and internship projects. Companies ranging from operator PSUs such as Oil and Natural Gas Corporation and Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited to service companies such as Schlumberger and Baker Hughes. I had been preparing for months for the selection process of these companies. Away from home, the pressure was building up and I also had to ‘groom’ myself for the process and the corporate journey.
Challenges are like small potholes on a road. There may be ups and down but we shouldn’t stop ourselves from achieving our goals and desires. Those challenges teach us how to work patiently, sincerely and without losing hope. At first, it may feel like a long journey but when we start to surpass one milestone after the other, it gives us a true taste of victory.

Aditya Birla Group is omnipresent in every step of our life. They have presence in diverse industries ranging from textiles, metals, chemical, rubber and apparel. One brand that we grew up watching is Ultratech cement. A house is a place where a child returns after school and parents return after their offices. It is a place where the family grows. The house that I live has been built using Ultratech cement. We feel safe and happy inside our home. People have faith in the quality of the Ultratech Cement. Another lasting memory of childhood was shopping in Pantaloons especially before Durga Puja. I used to go with my family for shopping in Pantaloons.
