My project was based out of Delhi and was aimed at increasing Winkin Cows presence across ACD with primary focus on transit cluster and tourist destinations. The targets provided was to provide an horizontal expansion by placing winking cow in 100 outlets and by projecting revenue of Rs.60lakhs (in a years time) through these outlets.
